Phoebe Bailey is currently a rising senior at Joppatowne High School in Harford County. At Joppatowne, she is apart of the Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness Program, with a study in Criminal Justice. On December 10, 2019, Phoebe was elected SMOB for HCPS by the HCRASC General Assembly.  Her focus is school safety and equity across all platforms and in all aspects.                                                          Phoebe plans to stay in the criminal justice field and become a federal prosecutor.  She transitioned into the HCPS school system her freshman year.    Today on May 22nd at 12:00 PM Drake Smith of Meade High School on Ft Meade MD was Elected the 47th Student Member of the Board of Education for Anne Arundel County Public Schools. The Election was hosted Online by the Chesapeake Regional Association of Student Councils (CRASC).   Drake is Currently a Junior at Meade High and is enrolled in the International Baccalaureate Program.
